During the day I’d eat whatever was in sight. When I came home from work, I'd crash on the cozy couch. Getting up and helping with the new baby drained me for the rest of the day. My exercise was non-existent.

As a result, extra weight clung to my body like the sinking Titanic taking on water.

My body’s frame ballooned to a whopping 255 pounds. And I felt like crap. In many ways I felt like a washed-up "has been". Every time I turned on the TV set to watch football, I'd get frustrated because I wasn't out there playing. I turned to more food for comfort. The more depressed I felt, the more weight I seemed to put on. The more weight I put on, the less energy I had to go outside and exercise. I moped around feeling tired all the time.

It was a vicious cycle and I couldn't figure out what the heck the solution was. I didn't have the energy to exercise...but I needed to exercise to get more energy...ever felt you were stuck in a downward spiral like this?

The morning I realized it was time for a change... or else I would be miserable forever

One morning I got up, looked in the mirror, and was disgusted with what I saw.

Worse though, I was utterly ashamed that I had let this happen to myself.

Just a couple years before, I lead everyone in football drills and sprints. I was the guy with the most energy out on the field - not the guy coming home and falling fast asleep on the couch while watching TV. So I decided, “That’s it! I can't continue to live like this. I need to change my lifestyle if I ever want to get anywhere.”

I knew the key to rocket-launching myself back into shape was getting more energy and endurance (like I had during my football days), so I became a man on a mission for secrets I could use to get back to that condition. I have run two marathons.

I’ve raced in two triathlons.

Dear Vince, I would like to let you know how much I have enjoyed your program, Triple Your Endurance

I especially liked the sections on breathing and exercise.  Since listening to the
program I am doing intervals, the combat conditioning exercises and deep breathing exercises while I am doing the intervals 4-5 mornings a week.  I am also doing this outside, no matter what the weather conditions are, about 4 a.m.
and am really energizing myself.
I have found that the 3E Generator is an excellent method of keeping score.  As you know, what doesn't get measured doesn't get done.  I have found this more valuable than a very good computer program that I was using, because of what you have on the pages and the fact that I carry it around and use it continuously through the day.

Let me give you a little bit of information about myself.  I am 66 years old and had my hip replaced in March 2005.  I started using Triple Your Endurance in November.
